The Organizing Committee of the VII International Congress on Risks, to promote the stay of participants with lower costs, has established an agreement with the Minor Hotels group, which owns the Hotel Tivoli Coimbra**** and the Hotel NH Coimbra Dona Inês****, negotiating more attractive rates for accommodations during the congress. Both hotels will benefit from a 15% discount on the selected rate.

Reservations must be made directly by event participants, mentioning the congress at the time of booking, using the Promocode: VIICIR, to receive the rates shown.

The prices are valid from 25 to 30 of May 2026, for one day before the begining of the congress (25 May), to one dat after its terminus (30 May). However, due to the month of May are taking place many national and internais activities in the city of Coimbra, we advise the participants to make their reservations as soon as possible.

As the month of May is of great tourist affluence to Coimbra, we advise the participants in the Congress to make their accommodation reservations well in advance, so as not to run the risk that, closer to the event, they will not be able to make reservations at the hotel of their choice .
